Norwich City FC need to rebuild and that will be with the finances first before the team can think about promotion. 18000 fans declared their loyalty in renewing their season tickets, so the club has to stop the debts rising and become profitable before it can move forward. It will take a very special manager to produce a team capable of coming out of league 1. Yes, it is hard, but I have been astounded recently by the standard of refereeing in games I have been to.<br /><br />They are not isolated incidents and the BBC radio Norfolk coverage after the game (who get to see the live video feed) were equally amazed.<br /><br />The very worst problems seem to be premiership refs.
